Comprehensive Skilled Nursing & Therapy for all of Rhode Island
In addition to skilled nursing services 24-hours per day, our on-staff rehabilitation team work with patients up to seven days a week. Specialized programs, such as joint replacement rehabilitation, cardiac care, or cancer care include goal-oriented treatment with frequent patient assessments and clinical management until the condition is stabilized, or treatment course has been completed. Treatment plans include physical, occupational and speech-language therapy, along with nursing care focused on the particular needs of rehabilitation patients. Our comprehensive approach to care planning includes home evaluation if needed, patient and family education, and coordination of home care services to be received after discharge.
