Because we were founded by Cedar Crest Nursing & Rehabilitation Centre, we have unique access to an elite team of nursing and therapy professionals ensuring the satisfaction of our patients. Cedar Crest patients who require home health services after discharge are confident that a choice of Cedar Home Health will mean that their care team is already familiar with their plan of care. Our Caregivers

Skilled Nursing - Our Registered and Licensed Nurses have extensive medical backgrounds and expertise in many areas including orthopedics, cardiac care, rehabilitation, wound care and respiratory care.

Therapy - Our rehabilitation staff includes physical, occupational and speech therapy professionals. In concert with other health care team members, their goal to help the patient reach their optimum level of independence.

Nurses Aides - Our Certified Home Health Aides provide assistance with basic needs for living at home including bathing, dressing and other personal care needs.

Homemakers & Companions - Helping to preserve independence for people who would like to remain in the comfort of their own home, Homemakers and Companions can perform an array of service tailored to individual need. Types of services include: wake-up and bed-time assistance, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, shopping, meal assistance, activities, appointments, pet care, etc.
