A Letter of Welcome from Our Administrator

Thanks for the opportunity to introduce to you Cedar Home Health and our services. As a member of The Cedars, which includes Cedar Crest Nursing & Rehabilitation Centre, Cedar Home Health demonstrates the same high standard of quality care founded on a 40 year history.

Our main goal at Cedar Home Health is to provide you with a seamless plan of health care and rehabilitation - from the acute or post-acute setting to the privacy of your own home. As a veteran health care provider, we have direct access to a comprehensive spectrum of health care professionals, products and services allowing us to provide safe and effectively managed care within the home. Our services include skilled nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapies, as well as nursing assistance with the activities of daily living. Private Care, including homemaker and companion services, is also available allowing individuals to remain safe and comfortable in their own home.

Cedar Home Health was founded after years of discussions with Cedar Crest patients who frequently voiced a desire to remain in the care of a therapy team they knew and trusted after discharge. We knew that our expertise in the post-acute care arena combined with direct access to an elite team of nursing and therapy professionals would ensure our success into the delivery of home care services. Cedar Crest patients that choose to use the services of Cedar Home Health are confident that their health care team will be already familiar with their health condition and plan of care. Those that come to us from other referral sources can rest assured that they have not only highly trained professionals in their home, but access to an entire team of experts behind the scenes.
