The Cedars Campus which includes both Cedar Crest and Cedar Home Health is conveniently located in western Cranston, with easy access from Interstates 95 and 295.

From Route 95 north, take exit 14 (Route 37 West – Cranston), then see directions below.

From Route 95 south, take exit 14B (Route 37 West – Cranston), then see directions below.

From 295 north, take exit 3 (Phenix Avenue – Cranston), then see directions below.

From 295 south, take exit 3B (Phenix Avenue), then see directions below.

• Stay on Route 37 west until you come to a stop sign and bear right onto Phenix Avenue. Proceed 2 miles to the first set of traffic lights (intersection of Scituate Avenue – gas station on left is landmark).
• Take a left onto Scituate Avenue.
• Proceed .25 mile and turn right at the Cedar Crest sign.
