A Letter of Welcome from Our CEO Welcome to the new website for The Cedars, that includes Cedar Crest Nursing & Rehabilitation Centre and Cedar Home Health. If this is your first visit, we’re happy that you’re here. If this is a return visit to www.cedarsliving.com, you will see an entirely new look and brand new content. Our goal was to create a website that reflected our philosophy of person-centered quality care. We also wanted it to be useful for both those seeking care, as well for current patients and family members. For example, our Resources section contains links to many useful healthcare and senior care related sites while our Dining Services section includes a link to our current menu.

The Cedars is proud of our 40-year history of innovation. Most recently numerous wonderful renovations to Cedar Crest have been completed including a total remodeling of our Rotunda, a central area where residents dine daily and special occasions are celebrated. New flooring, window treatments, fireplace, wall coverings and media center have reenergized this ‘heart’ of Cedar Crest. While newly added technology such as nursing’s mobile computer units make us state-of-the-art, numerous new programs and services, such as spa-like baths and healing garden, ensure that we are also warm and welcoming for our guests.

From the moment you are first greeted, our team of dedicated healthcare professionals will be hard at work to ensure that you receive the highest quality of care, comfort and level of satisfaction. This dedication to excellence is symbolized by our certification by The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, the gold standard for healthcare facilities.
